Are your perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our perfumes are cruelty free. We firmly believe that beauty shouldn't come at the expense of animals.

How long does the scent of your perfumes last?

Our perfumes are very well known for their longevity and can last all day long.

What ingredients do you use in your perfumes?

We only use the best natural and sustainably sourced ingredients, including exotic flowers, rare woods and precious spices. A full list of ingredients can be found on every product page.

Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our perfumes are carefully tested and are free from harsh chemicals to be suitable even for sensitive skin.

How do I apply my perfume correctly?

There are two ways to apply perfume:

- Directly on the skin, at pulse points such as the wrist or neck. These areas intensify the scent and let it develop a very personal touch through the warmth of your skin.
- On clothing to preserve the original scent development as there is no skin contact. However, be careful to avoid delicate fabrics as perfume can stain. We recommend spraying only the inside of clothing or lining.

What are the best occasions to wear your perfumes?

Our perfumes are suitable for every occasion — from special occasions to everyday luxury moments. They always give you an aura of elegance and refinement.

What is the inspiration behind your fragrance creations?

Our scents are inspired by the most beautiful and luxurious places in the world — from the pyramids of Giza to exotic islands to cosmopolitan cities. Each fragrance captures the essence of these sources of inspiration and takes you to magical places.

How can I store my perfume properly so that the scent does not change?

Perfume is most affected by heat, light and air. For this reason, the bottle should always be well closed and ideally stored in its original packaging to preserve the scent. Be sure to keep the bottle away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

Where are your perfumes made?

Our perfumes are made with great care and precision in renowned perfumeries in the Netherlands, a country with a long tradition of perfume production. This is where craftsmanship and modern technology come together to create luxurious scents.

Can I return a perfume?

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes whose seal has already been removed are excluded from return. However, unopened perfumes can easily be returned. In this case, please contact us via the following email address: contact@officialulbo.comso that we can explain to you how to proceed.

My order

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day.

Cancelled orders

From time to time, orders may be cancelled in whole or in part by our system.

There are various reasons for this.
Some of these reasons include:

- Item (s) is/are not available.
- Payment processing issues.
- Delivery to the specified address is not possible.
- The order was placed twice.

If we cancel your order, you will receive an email with the reason. The respective amount will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

DHL standard shipping: 4.99€ (2-5 working days)

DHL Express Delivery: 8.99€ (1-2 working days)

Deliveries abroad:

DHL Express Delivery: 8.99€ (1-3 working days)

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 working days, in the case of international deliveries within 3-5 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed upon, after the time of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together, unless we have made any different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which for the most part cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

- where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several installments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell us (jessen & ulbo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Baumpieperweg 2, 21149 Hamburg, phone no.: #4917663137788, email address: contact@officialulbo.com) inform you of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
